Description:Have difficulty saying “no," especially when there's pushback? You’re not alone! Join our skill-building training, where we talk tips and strategies, interview a panelist of experts, and workshop actual, real-life dilemmas experienced by DV/SA advocates. Learn specific tools and takeaways to confidently and kindly stand your ground, no matter who you’re talking to!
During the final hour of this training, we will be workshopping YOUR real-life boundary-setting scenarios. In preparation for the workshop hour, please plan to bring
at least one situation where it's difficult for you to say "no" or maintain boundaries. This situation can be either a professional or personal one.
